Enhancing Urban Mobility and Sustainably

Our company is dedicated to help revolutionize how light rail transit is powered. At the heart of this, is our desire to help operators become more energy efficient so they can stop purchasing non-performing expenditures that clearly do not boost ridership or customer loyalty. This is a mutually exclusive relationship where we both profit from cutting operating costs and reducing greenhouse gas emissions. Purchasing Renewable Tax Credits from wind farms in West Texas, is a great example of what “not to do”.

Our products and systems can help inform passengers in the cities they serve, to know the how their sales-tax revenues are being spent at every level. This begins with deployment of premium clean energy assets made in the USA, and identifying the basic cost cutting measures within their daily operations to reduce consumption. Our power generation components are designed to operate for 30-40 years in rugged and harsh environments, because we don’t sacrifice durability or performance, for price.

SunRails were invented in 2024 to power lighting stations for the Texas Parks and Wildlife Department. In March of 2025, our focus expanded to include powering light rail transit systems, of which there are 39 light rail lines in the lower 48 states. Many light rail systems consume more than 20MW of energy annually. With the help of the commercial and industrial group at Sol-Ark of Allen, TX we are able to design efficient and cost saving utility grade power management solutions.

SunRails consist of four Jinko 585W panels configured in modular sections that are assembled in an ISO 9001:2015 warehouse, to ensure the highest quality. The modular sections are prewired, tested and certified before delivery to the installation site; which arrive plug and play ready. Once installed, they can be walked over and on by train personnel, as they are warranted to survive impact from flying debris, rocks and hailstone strikes for 30-years.

SunRails’ utility patent pending design, combines three unique attributes. First, is the 150mph wind rating from its aerodynamic design by using concealed screws, bolts and fasteners that reduce drag when trains pass over the at high speeds. Second, are the articulating joint brackets (AJB) that secure multiple sections together and relieve the metallurgic stresses upon modular strings that can be up to 576′ in length. Third, are the anti-vibration supports that carry the weight of the modules and protect the panel’s bus bars, internal wiring, conduit and junction boxes. These qualities together make removing the modular sections for track maintenance, and resetting, an easy task.

192 modular sections connected to (6) sets of Sol-Arks 60kW inverters + 120kWh BESS can deliver 684kWh of power per day to a single Traction Control Substation (TCSS). And we can perform installations while the trains are operating, and complete most individual sections in 4 weeks.

50 years ago, America was grappling with an unprecedented energy crisis. An oil embargo by the Arab countries against the US created fuel shortages around the world, and forced motorists to wait for hours at gas stations, exposing the fragility of our country’s energy supply. Today, it’s a different kind of energy crisis, one of supply and demand due to the rising cost of electricity that’s occuring from rapid growth in AI, Blockchain and DATA Centers.

As we look to a future using fuel cells and solar technology, we can make public transportation more accessible, environmentally friendly, and energy conscious. We invite you to join us on this journey towards a sustainable future, where hydrogen and the sun powers the transit systems of tomorrow, benefiting both the planet and our community.
